Rules and - regulations

  1. The exam will be conducted in the month of January, April and November every year. State and National Scholarships will based on the three exams. National and State Scholarship will be given on the basis of HWKS ranking system. The Examination Advisory Commitee of the HKWS will have the full responsibility of conducting this examination district wise all over the country and selecting the Scholarship awarded and book prize winners.
  2. The students of Class 1st  to 12th of any school of the country who are studying in India are eligible to appear in the competitive examination, forms of the candidates must be forwarded by Head of the Concerned Schools.
  3. Students selected for the Scholarships will have to send their half yearly school progress reports attested by the head of concerned school with official seal and address.
  4. The payment of Scholarships will be continued only if the awardees can maintain at least 70% marks consistently in the half yearly and annual examination
  5. The payment of Scholarship will start from the academic session in which exam conducts. Any delay in conducting the examination or in publication of the results during this period will not have bearing on the payment of the Scholarship.
  6. The result after personal interviews will be send to the concerned school.
  7. Every efforts will be made to set up the examination centre for written examination and personal interviews at Tehsil/Block Headquarter in case the number of students appearing for the written examination from tehsil/block is insufficient, the HKWS will try their best to accommodate them in the examination centre at the headquarters of the adjoining Tehsil/ Block/District.
  8. The scholarship awardee will receive their scholarship amount by A/C payee cheques despatched to their respective schools. In case an awardee is transferred to another school, the transfer should be intimated to our office. The HKWS will not be responsible if any awardee does not receive the scholarship amount of non-receipt of the address of the new school.
  9. No more than one award shall be given to an awardee at any circumstances.
  10. The decision of examination advisory committee of HKWS or the members of the committee as applicable in selecting students for the scholarship will be final and binding upon all the candidates. No legal and civil proceedings shall be levied out against the decision of Examination Advisory Committee in selecting students for the scholarship.
  11. The rules and regulations whatsoever mentioned above are subjects to amendments wherever applicable here in after and shall be applicable to the candidates and scholarship awardee and book prize winners.
  12. The examination committee has a right to change the number of questions as well as maximum marks.

  13. NOTE: The responsbility of pick-up and drop at exam center of students are of their parents. The HKWS is not responsible for pick-up and drop at examination centre. There will be strictly prohibited of carrying Mobile phone or other digital instrument in examinatin center, if found the candidature will be rejected.cancelled.
